They were built with energy efficiency and walkability in mind and were sold out very quickly. You are within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, libraries, schools, etc. Great place to live.
This is a newer condo project in St. Johns. They are just seconds away after getting off the St. Johns bridge into St. Johns.

This is a typical type of condo. Love that simplicity, and I'm sure it is comfortable inside by the looks of its sleek exterior design. Nice architecture.
